Can't get Call of Duty running

fedora5 problem installing

Hi I have just bought the Linux Format Special edition exclusive to WH Smith with the 5 CDs which is sopposed to be all I need to install Fedora 5 along side windows XP. I got as far as step 3 then it went straight to step 5.

Red Alert Install on xp

Hey I'm trying to install red alet on xp but when i load it it brings me to the install menu i click and on install and nothing happens. I tried Changing compatability but its like my computer is refusing to react to the game.

Can't even install FIFA 2000 in Windows XP

I put my CD in the drive and it gives me a menu where I select Install. Nothing happens. I go to Setup folder on the CD and try to run setup. exe from there, same result. I have Windows XP and have tried Win 95/98 compatibility mode without help.

Sims 2 dvd edition Please help!!

I have sims 2 speical dvd edition , but when I try to install it my computer starts to read it then stops. Is it because I dont have a dvd player in my computer ??. I also have sims university which my computer will read and brings the install thing up , but that doesn't do any good if I dont have sims 2 installed.

problems with XMAME

I have mame32 on my Windows box and xmame on my GNU/Linux box. All my ROMs work fine with mame32. All the audits are passed. However when I move my ROMS over to xmame, all the audits in xmame are failed and none of the ROMs work.

Anyone try to run Klingon Academy?

I'm brand new to Linux, well I used to run RedHat years ago. So just the question if anyone tried to run Klingon Academy on a Linux. It needs direct X 7 at the least to run. I'm going to set up my system with ubuntu and try from there.

Call of Duty -- cannot start

I installed CoD with the loki installer. I try to use WINE to start CoDMP. exe. It shuts off my monitor and does not do anything else. I have an ATI 9500 128 MB DDR with the latest drivers installed.

I just installed SUSE 10 for the first time, and I wanted to try a game in it. I downloaded the q3a demo (linuxq3ademo-1. 11-6. x86. gz. sh) and I can't get it to install. This is what I get when I try to install it.
